I discovered yoga in 2015 while backpacking through Southeast Asia. I first arrived at a Vipassana meditation temple in Thailand, and only one month later I flew to India for my first yoga teacher training in Rishikesh (200 hrs). The training focused mainly on Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, but also included pranayama, meditation, and other traditional practices. After that, I began practising and teaching regularly, first in workplaces, small groups, and in different places I travelled and stayed for longer periods. In 2017, I returned to India, again to Rishikesh, for a longer and more intensive 300-hour training, where I deepened my studies in yoga anatomy, asana alignment, yoga therapy, philosophy and teaching methodology.Over the years, I have taught in different settings and countries, including Spain (Las Palmas), Mexico (Baja California), and Estonia, where I also opened a small yoga studio. I have taught group classes, corporate weekly sessions, yoga in retreat spaces, and private 1:1 lessons. In private sessions, I look at the whole person — lifestyle, intentions, health questions, energy levels, and what kind of practice would genuinely support them.My main teaching style is Hatha Vinyasa, with a focus on awareness, breath, and connected movement. I have also taught restorative yoga, yoga for arthritis, and children’s yoga. I have also worked with adults with ADHD and I especially enjoy teaching children between the ages of 4 and 11.For me, yoga is not a workout or hobby, it is simply part of my everyday life. It is a practice that keeps bringing me back to presence. I believe that flexibility is only one small part of yoga. Regular practice can, and will shoot circulation, digestion, posture, energy, and ease the nervous system. Even a few conscious movements a day can begin to shift how we feel.My approach is personal, intuitive, and grounded. I teach yoga as a way to get into flow and listen more closely — to the body, to the breath, and to what is needed in the moment.
If my approach resonates with you, you are welcome to join me for a class, private session or invite me to guide a session for your group. I offer yoga in a way that is attentive, practical, and adapted to the individual — whether you are looking for strength, softness, focus, playfulness or a deeper connection with yourself.
